Job Description:
A company is looking for a Construction Permit Coordinator to
provide technical and administrative support to field and
operations staff.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out permitting due diligence and manage submittal/approval
activities
Prepare submittal packages and maintain communication with project
stakeholders
Develop reports on project progress and coordinate contract
administration
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Minimum of two years of administrative experience
Proficient in operating a computer and using project management
software
Ability to conduct permit requirements and code research
Must have a cell phone and provide own internet service
