Job Description:
A company is looking for an IL Licensed Clinician: LCSW for
part-time remote work in behavioral health and pediatrics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customized care and treatment plans for patients in
assigned Care Pods
Coordinate behavioral health care with primary care providers and
monitor patient progress
Document patient interactions and treatment recommendations in
electronic health records
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Licensed as an associate clinician under supervision or as an
independent clinician in their state
Ability to complete cross-licensing in Missouri, Oklahoma, and/or
Arkansas if required
