Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Support Coordinator to
monitor field installers and ensure timely service delivery to
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain communication with field installers for
efficient service completion
Analyze data to prioritize follow-up tasks and manage open jobs
Verify and process field installer invoicing submissions and
maintain compliance documentation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
Self-motivation and ability to work independently and in teams
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
