Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Associate to manage
cross-functional business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process incoming purchase orders and invoicing
Maintain item records in Salesforce and support the business
operations queue
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to improve
processes and identify areas for efficiency enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of business operations experience
Familiarity with Salesforce and the quote-to-cash process
Experience working cross-functionally with sales and customer
support teams
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
