DATES NEEDED Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)

• Must be able to cover at least one of these stents: 11/27-11/29 and/or 12/23 -01/01
• Will extend into next year for one week a month Tuesday to Saturday POSITION DETAILS Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)
  • Inpatient Rehabilitation
  • Average 20 patients per shift
  • 8a-5p, no call
  • No procedures, Care Team Model, HMPs, Discharge summary
  • Hospitalist support
  • EMR Epic, Rehab is paper charting
  • Board Certified or truly BE (within 5 years from completing training)
  • Active GA license or IMLC
