Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accountant to manage financial
transactions and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Record transactions in Quickbooks Online and reconcile general
ledger and bank statements
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements
Prepare and submit annual and quarterly taxes to relevant
authorities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience
Competency in preparing local, state, and federal taxes for small
companies
Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft
Office programs
Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am
to 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time
Experience with a startup is preferred
