OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring fora Senior Training Specialist to support our client's contract needs. This position is located in San Antonio and will be a fully remote position.ResponsibilitiesCreate and develop distance learning using multimedia development tools.Edit documents using a set of vetted guidelines.Collaborate with a creative, synergetic team.Provide subject matter knowledge to other teams.Maintain project documentation.Produce professional quality work within tight deadlines and evolving priorities.Partner with other subject matter experts to obtain information, validate content, and evaluate the effectiveness of course delivery.Utilize training tools and technologies to deliver cutting edge design solutions.Facilitating and coordinating the development of training materials.Creating and developing distance learning using multimedia development toolsEditing documents using a set of vetted guidelinesCollaborating with a creative, synergetic teamProviding subject matter knowledge to other teamsMaintaining project documentationProducing professional quality work within tight deadlines and evolving prioritiesPartnering with other subject matter experts to obtain information, validate content, and evaluate the effectiveness of course delivery.Utilizing training tools and technologies to deliver design solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree with 6 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)Required Skills and ExperienceA minimum of 6 years of experience specifically in a training development roleClearance Required: Must have current AOUSC Public TrustPreferred Skills and ExperienceExperience training adult learners in the field of Probation and Pretrial ServicesKnowledge and good understanding of the Probation and Pretrial Services Automated Case Tracking System (PACTS)Work and interact with others in a team environment.Accuracy and attention to detail and good organizational skillsExcellent time management skillsExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Company OverviewGovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT.
